Once reviewed and accepted, we will issue you with a refund, replacement goods, or exchange the item for another item for the equal value. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Courier charges as per actuals to us are non-refundable, except where goods are defective, damaged or where you have received incorrect goods.
